How to Sign In to CashAUD
Signing in to CashAUD takes a few seconds once your account exists. Open the site in your browser and press the login button near the top of the page. A form opens asking for your email address and password. Enter both, confirm, and you arrive in the lobby with your balance in Australian dollars shown at the top of the screen.
- Open the CashAUD website in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
- Press the login button.
- Type the email address you used when you registered.
- Type your password, remembering that it is case sensitive.
- Confirm and check that your name or username and your AUD balance appear.
If you play from one device only, you can let your browser remember your email address to save typing. We recommend you do not let a shared or public computer save your password. A dedicated password manager is safer than saving passwords in the browser, and it makes long, unique passwords practical.
Once signed in, the whole account is in one place: the cashier for deposits and withdrawals, active bonuses and their wagering progress, the promotions page, your transaction history and your responsible gambling settings. If you are new to the site, the CashAUD home page gives an overview of how everything works.
Signing in on several devices
The same CashAUD account works on your phone, tablet and computer. Your balance, game history and bonus progress are stored on our servers and follow you to whatever device you sign in on. For security, log out of one device before you move to another, especially if any of them is shared with other people.
First-Time Registration
The login form will only work once you have an account. Registration takes a few minutes. Press the sign-up button and fill in the form: email address, password, full legal name, date of birth, residential address and mobile number. The form may ask you to confirm your email address or phone number with a code or link before the account is fully active.
Use your real details exactly as they appear on your ID. This one step prevents most verification problems later. A nickname, a shortened first name or a missing middle name can cause your documents to be rejected when you request your first withdrawal, and then support has to correct the account manually. Getting it right at registration saves days.
Choose a password you do not use anywhere else. A passphrase of several unrelated words with a number and a symbol is both strong and memorable. You must be 18 or older to register, and only one account is allowed per person. If you forget your password later, use password recovery rather than opening a new account, since a duplicate account can lead to bonus winnings being cancelled and the accounts being closed.
After registering
Once your account is open, set a deposit limit in account settings before your first deposit. Then visit the cashier to see the payment methods available to you and their minimums in AUD. If you plan to claim a welcome offer, read its terms first on our CashAUD bonus page so you know the qualifying deposit and the wagering.
Account Verification (KYC)
Know your customer checks, known as KYC, are a normal part of any real-money gambling account. CashAUD has to confirm that each account holder is an adult, that the name on the account is genuine and that the payment methods used belong to the account holder. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, and it can also be requested at other times, for example after a large deposit or a change of payment method.
Most players are asked for a photo ID and sometimes a proof of address. Commonly accepted ID includes an Australian driver licence, a passport or a proof of age card. For address, a utility bill, council rates notice or bank statement from the last few months is usual. If you deposit with a card, you may be asked for a photo of the card with only the first six and last four digits visible and the middle digits covered.
Upload documents in the verification section of your account. Lay the document flat on a plain surface in good light, hold the camera directly above it, and make sure all four corners are in the frame with no glare or shadows across the text. Check that the details match your account before you submit. Clear, complete documents are usually reviewed quickly. Blurry or cropped images are the most common reason verification is slower than it should be.
Verify early
You do not have to wait for a withdrawal to verify. Uploading your documents soon after registering means that when you do want to cash out, the request can move straight to processing instead of waiting on an ID check. It is the simplest way to speed up your first payout.
Why verification protects you
Verification also protects you directly. It means that someone who steals your password cannot withdraw your money to their own account, because payouts must go to a method that matches your verified identity. It keeps underage players out and stops people from running multiple accounts.
Password Recovery
Forgetting a password is common and easy to fix. On the CashAUD login form, press the forgotten password link. Enter the email address on your account and confirm. A reset link or code is sent to that email. Follow it, choose a new password, and sign in with your new details. Your old password stops working as soon as the new one is saved.
If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, plus any promotions or updates tab in your inbox. Make sure you entered the exact address you registered with. Reset links expire after a short time for security, so if you open an old one and it does not work, request a new link and use it straight away.
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact customer support. After confirming your identity, usually with your verification documents, the team can update your contact details. Do not open a second account to get around a lost password.
Two-Factor Authentication and Account Security
A strong, unique password is the foundation of your account security. Two-factor authentication, where available, adds a second step: a one-time code sent to your phone or generated by an authenticator app. With it switched on, a stolen password alone is not enough to get into your account. Check your CashAUD security settings to see which extra protections are offered and turn on any that are available.
Phishing is the most common way gambling accounts are compromised. Fake emails and text messages copy a casino's logo and ask you to sign in through a link, often with an urgent message about a bonus or a problem with your account. Always reach CashAUD by typing the address yourself or using your own bookmark. We will never ask for your password, and support staff will never ask you to read out a code sent to your phone.
Watch for signs that something is wrong: a login alert you did not trigger, a password reset you did not request, a change to your contact details or a withdrawal you did not make. If you see any of these, change your password immediately from a trusted device and contact support. Acting quickly limits any harm.
Everyday habits
Log out on shared computers and do not let them save your password. Keep your phone and browser updated. Use a screen lock on every device you play on. Avoid signing in over public Wi-Fi in cafes or airports, and use mobile data when you are out instead.
Common CashAUD Login Problems and Fixes
Most login problems have simple causes and quick fixes. The table below covers the ones we see most often.
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect password | Typo, caps lock or an old password | Check caps lock, type slowly or reset the password |
| Email not recognised | Account registered under another address | Try your other email addresses or contact support |
| Login page will not load | Browser cache or a connection issue | Clear cache and cookies, or switch networks |
| Temporarily locked | Several failed attempts in a row | Wait a short while, then reset your password |
| Access restricted | Pending verification or an active self-exclusion | Contact support for details |
Browser issues cause a large share of failed logins. An outdated browser, an aggressive ad blocker or a privacy extension can stop the form from submitting. Try a private or incognito window first. If the login works there, an extension or old cookie is to blame, and clearing the site data for CashAUD in your browser settings usually fixes it.
If access is restricted because you chose to self-exclude, the account stays closed until the period ends. That is by design. A self-exclusion only works if it is firm, so it cannot be lifted early. If your account is restricted for another reason, such as an outstanding verification request, support will explain exactly what is needed to restore access.
Pausing or closing your account
You can take a break at any time. A time-out pauses the account for a short period, and self-exclusion blocks it for longer. To close an account completely, contact support. Withdraw any balance first, because active bonuses are usually forfeited on closure.
Logging In on Mobile
CashAUD works in your mobile browser on iPhone, iPad and Android, and the login is the same as on a computer. Open the site in Safari or Chrome, tap the login button, enter your email and password, and you are in. Registration, document uploads, deposits, withdrawals and responsible gambling settings are all available on mobile.
For quicker access, add a shortcut to your home screen. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu and choose Add to Home screen. The icon then opens CashAUD directly, and you only need to enter your password if your browser remembers your email.
If the login fails on your phone but works on a computer, the cause is almost always on the phone: an outdated browser, very low storage, a weak signal or a recent update that cleared saved cookies. Update your browser, close unused tabs and try again on a different connection. Our CashAUD app guide has more mobile tips, including how to keep your account safe on a shared phone.
Session timeouts
For security, sessions end after a period of inactivity. If you are signed out in the middle of a game, log in again and reopen the game. Any round in progress when the session ended is completed on the server, and its result appears in your balance and game history.
